Getting your order to you
How and when Prosta Surge X ships, how to track it, and what to do if you need to send something back.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship within one business day from our U.S. fulfillment center. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping costs
- 1-bottle Starter: a flat $19.99 shipping fee applies.
- 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages: ship free within the United States.
- Every order, regardless of size, ships from the authorized 2026 batch verified on our portal.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, the tracking link arrives by email. If 48 hours pass after your confirmation and you have not received tracking, check your spam folder first, then email orders@prostasurgexofficial.com with your order number and we will track it down.
Returns and refunds
Prosta Surge X is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you would like to return an order, email support@prostasurgexofficial.com or orders@prostasurgexofficial.com first so we can send return instructions and the correct address. Returns sent without contacting us are harder to match to your order. Full details are on the guarantee page.
Wrong or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong package, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund, your choice.
International orders
Our standard offer ships within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and want to order, contact support before purchasing so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your country and what timelines apply.
