Where it is made

Prosta Surge X is manufactured in the United States in an FDA-registered facility that operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices, or cGMP. In plain terms, that means documented procedures for everything from raw-material intake to final packaging, controlled environments, calibrated equipment, and a paper trail for each batch. cGMP is the baseline a serious supplement should meet, and we treat it as exactly that, a baseline.

Independent, accredited lab testing

We do not grade our own homework. Every production run is sent to Castlepoint Analytical Labs, LLC, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, the international standard for testing competence. A batch is not cleared for sale until that lab signs off. For the current run, the results are summarized on the verification page and filed under certificate CPL-2026-COA-5571.

What each batch is tested for

• Identity: confirming each botanical is what the label says, by HPLC and related methods.
• Potency: verifying the actives are present at their labeled strength, with current purity at 99.0 percent.
• Heavy metals: screening for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury by ICP-MS, held under 0.8 ppm.
• Microbials: testing for yeast, mold, and harmful bacteria within USP limits.
• Pesticide and solvent residues: checked against accepted thresholds for botanical ingredients.

Sourcing the botanicals

Quality starts upstream. Our saw palmetto comes from established fruit harvests, our pygeum from sustainably managed bark, and our nettle and pumpkin seed from named agricultural suppliers. Each incoming lot is identity-tested and standardized for its active fraction before it is allowed into production. Standardization is the unglamorous step that separates a consistent formula from a batch that is strong one month and weak the next.

Allergens and formulation
